The Multi-Pack

Packaging that carries itself. Two or three Orthostands travel the world as one compact, tape-free pack on a reusable steel pallet.

How the Multi-Pack works

Your Orthostands arrive stacked into each other in one tape-free pack: cardboard on a steel pallet, no tape, no plastic. The M30 was partly designed around its packaging, so two or three units travel the world as one compact, stable pack.

Cutaway of the Orthostand 3-Pack: three Orthostands stacked into each other inside the tape-free cardboard pack on a steel pallet

The 3-Pack cutaway: 1098.5 × 830 mm footprint, 2133 mm to the top of the stacking pins.

  • One pin, two jobs: the stainless-steel pivot pins of the Stand supports double as stacking pins during transport. Nothing is added for shipping: the Orthostand carries itself.
  • Tape-free, plastic-free: the cardboard parts interlock precisely, and after unpacking every part folds flat for reuse or recycling.
  • Smart steel pallets: the pallets nest into each other (20 stacked pallets measure just 85 × 78 × 210 cm) and are reused for onward Multi-Pack shipments.
  • Container-ready: at 2133 mm overall, a 3-Pack passes the 2280 mm door opening of a standard 20′ or 40′ container, shipped directly from our hubs in the Netherlands and Malaysia.

Unpack. Assemble. Get to work.
